Mccalle is a Colombian director, based in the city of Medellín. Her passion resides in narrating stories that stem from chaos, the loss of identity, and those enigmatic secrets concealed in the depths of the human psyche. Among her preferred mediums are fashion films, music videos, and short films, through which she adeptly communicates her distinct vision. Her creative process is grounded in pursuing emerging narratives, crafted through intuition, defiance of established norms, and exploring clandestine pathways.

She harbors a profound attraction towards constructing unsettling atmospheres, where the mystical metamorphoses into reality, unveiling uncomfortable truths we frequently opt to disregard. Through her body of work, she strives to rouse the spectator's intellect, evoke sensory responses, and sow inquiries that endure eternally within the psyche.

Juan Felipe Zuleta

Juan Felipe Zuleta

A New York-based director, is known for directing music videos for artists such as Maluma, Russ, Asake, H.E.R, and Anderson .Paak. Furthermore, his music videos aim to visually and emotionally impact audiences through a narrative focused on its protagonists. His work celebrates, questions, and explores identity through a gender-unrestricted, character-based approach. A Colombian immigrant, Zuleta began his career with an internship at Paramount Pictures, thanks to his involvement in a recreational soccer team. A graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, he became one of the youngest directors under Eva Nosidam's mentorship.

Recognized for writing, producing, and directing original films about marginalized communities and identity, his debut "Unidentified Objects" won awards at notable festivals such as Outfest. Currently, he is working on prominent projects, including two feature films: the Spanish-language thriller "Nacimos Muertos" and the English-language science fiction drama "Conduit." With an innovative approach, Zuleta continues to establish himself as a prominent figure in contemporary filmmaking.

He delves into unique approaches to shaping ideas through music, seeking out narratives that carry a positive impact within their respective contexts and draw inspiration from the vibrant influences of the 90s. Several key elements and concepts define Jasz's directorial exploration, consistently portrayed across his works. These include eros, dance, fashion, and indigenous themes. He firmly believes that these elements serve as catalysts, igniting a heightened sense of vitality within individuals and fostering connections with diverse cultures.

Jasz's methodology for crafting and conceptualizing a piece commences with immersing himself in the universe of the artist or brand, unraveling their DNA. This in-depth understanding enables him to devise fresh narrative and visual tools that deviate entirely from conventional or hackneyed conventions often associated with the given genre or format.

She stands as the founder of Medellín Design Week and contributes as a vital member of the creative team and production of Time Bag Art. Her specialization lies in crafting the visual language of brands, projects, and products, ingeniously channeling the very soul and essence they aim to convey.

Within Híbrido, she spearheads the Education department, tirelessly working to bridge individuals with untapped talents through the realm of knowledge. Taking on an executive role, she diligently ensures the execution of each project by providing guidance marked by order, discipline, and utmost respect.
